The applications received against the specific advertisement are thereafter properly scrutinized by the Institute Scrutiny Committee and then interviews are conducted by the Selection Board in which Senior Professors/Experts in the relevant area from the University/Industry are also co-opted in order to make a good selection on a merit basis.
