IRASP IS a Project of SMS Educational Services (Pvt.) Ltd. has been established with a view to promoting higher education in the region.

This body has been set-up to bring the dream of Sohaib Muzaffar Sial into reality by open Institutes of higher learning, of which IRASP is one of the examples.
